Stories by Nomads is working to make theweekendproject.in accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
 
WHAT WEB ACCESSIBILITY MEANS TO US
An accessible site allows every visitor, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, to browse and use the Site with a similar level of ease as any other visitor.

WHERE WE STAND TODAY
We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit or certified conformance with a specific WCAG level. We are not going to claim a conformance level we have not verified. What we can say honestly is that the Site is built on Wix, which provides baseline accessibility infrastructure, including semantic page structure, keyboard-navigable menus, and support for screen readers, and we intend to build on that foundation.
Our near-term commitment is to work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a target, including:

Running Wix's built-in Accessibility Wizard to identify and fix issues


Adding meaningful alternative text to images across the Site


Checking and correcting color contrast where it falls short


Confirming a clear heading structure and logical content order on every page

 
This statement will be updated as that work is completed, and we will name the specific WCAG level we have verified once we have actually tested for it.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some content on the Site, such as embedded YouTube videos or social media links, is hosted by third parties (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) and is subject to those platforms' own accessibility standards, which are outside our direct control.
 
Has platform-level limitations where certain implementation details, such as in-player caption support on specific video elements and internally generated HTML attributes, are not fully configurable in the editor. Where relevant, we use appropriate alternatives and manually verify key accessibility functionality.
